Mast-R-Lift Plate (60146) is precision-engineered to within .002" tolerance and CNC-machined from 1" solid aluminum to eliminate bending and sagging. The plate is 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" x 3/8" thick and it comes with a 1-1/2" insert. The opening in the plate without the insert is 3-1/2" diameter.

Our 4-piece locking insert kit includes 1/4", 1/2" and 1-1/4" inserts for template bushings plus a 2 -1/2" insert. Sold separately.

Other features that ensure smooth operation include a carriage that rides on four SAE 841 sintered bronze bearings within two ground and polished guide shafts. Adjustments are made with a drop-in speed handle that’s elevated from the table for safety.

Mast-R-Lift Table
The Mast-R-Lift Router Table is a large 24 by 32" table made of 1-1/8" MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and surfaced with melamine on both sides. Includes an aluminum miter track.

The precision fence features a 32" long anodized aluminum angle that's machined straight and flat for exact cuts. It includes two 16" melamine faces that can be adjusted to minimize the gap around the router bit. The faces include a T-slot for universal positioning of all accessories. The fence attaches to the table with a simple T-bolt system and comes with a bit safety guard.
